  • A Self Managed Super Fund loan allows you to leverage the money in your super to purchase residential or in some cases commercial investment property.

    The property is held in a custodian trust. The SMSF trustee has a beneficial interest in the property but it is not until the loan is repaid that the SMSF acquires ownership of the property.

    SMSF loans require additional documentation and time to set up.

  • A construction loan is a type of home loan that allows you to draw down a portion of the funds at each stage of the construction process.

    With a construction loan you only pay interest on the funds drawn down at each stage of the build which means smaller interest payments compared to paying interest on the lump sum from the start.

Caroline Jarrett is a Canadian who relocated to Brisbane with her family in 2022.

She has over 18 years of investment banking and financial services experience across global markets, multiple asset classes and regulatory jurisdictions.  Working at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong shaped her strong work ethic, attention to detail, professionalism and focus on risk management.

  • AUDHILD is paid two types of commission directly by the lender. The cost of these commissions is borne by the borrower through the interest and fees they are charged by the lender

    Upfront commission on a % of the loan amount is paid to AUDHILD when the loan settles. Commission is calculated on the drawn down amount of the loan (not the total loan value) net of any funds held in the borrower’s offset account.

    Trail Commission is paid on an ongoing basis for the duration of the loan term. Commission is calculated based on the outstanding balance of the loan net of any funds held in the borrower’s offset account.
